Hi ernandes,
Unfortunately, we don’t provide manuals in Portugese.
Hi! Is there any gadgets I can use with my trumpet? What do I need. Thanks
Do you have any refurbished VoiceLive Play voice processors for sale? How about refurbished miss?
If so, please reply with details for a quick sale.
Thanks!
Ted
Hi Ted,
TC-Helicon doesn’t actually sell any gear directly to customers. It’s all done through dealers either “bricks and mortar” or online. If there are any used or refurbished units, you’d get them via the same retailers that have new units.
Hello,
I have been shopping and I am very interested in the T.C. Helicon VoiceLive Play. It fits all of my needs and my style of music. I was able to try it out at the last NAMM show in Anaheim. I would like to order one or two for the shop so others may try it out and hopefully buy one. As a solo artist one thing that I have been looking for is a real nice portable amplifier for my ukulele, Guitar and of course VOCALS. I will be playing some small gigs and would like to have something that has all the features I’m looking for with superb quality. It would also be able to be played with a small band if needed with a P.A. output. Have you ever had anyone suggest that you come up with an amplifier with the T.C. Helicon effects built in? I would be first in line to get one. I also have many clients that would benifit from it.
I’ll see you guys at NAMM

Hi
I am Shahab I am sound designer and Dubbing Mixer
we can use Voice live rack for post production?
for example Dialog in helecoopter or other…….
please send me very good information
All The Best
Hi Shahab,
If you’re looking for audio scrubbing or noise reduction, that’s not what the VoiceLive Rack does. We can offer effects added to the vocal track, but not removal of ambient noise etc.
For something like that, you might have better luck with a plugin like iZotope’s RX. http://www.izotope.com/products/audio/rx/
I use the voicelive play, and am curious if there is a way to punch in the harmonies when I need them as opposed to having them on the whole song. I could not locate this info in the manual.
Thanks
Hi Lori,
Most users do that via the HIT button. Set all the effects you want on “all the time” to ON and then set the effects you want to punch in and out (in your case, Harmony) to HIT. Save the preset. Then, when you use that preset, you can press the HIT button to bring in about out the effect you want.
Hi I just purchased the TC Helicon liveplay and would like to know what cords do I need to have all functions working as nothing happens when I push the genre button or any of the others,I can only scan the different effects that it provides. Do I need to purchase extra cords or is something wrong with my unit? Thanks M.Higgins
Hi Marlene,
The manual has a section on connections and the support page also has a diagram to look at. Check them out at http://www.tc-helicon.com/products/voicelive-play/support and http://www.tc-helicon.com/download/manuals/voicelive-play-gtx/VLP-Connection-Diagram.jpg (the latter is for a Play GTX, but it applies to your Play too, just ignore connections you don’t have)
Typical cables you’d need are XLR for Mic input and output to a Mixer/PA, 1/8″ stereo for mp3 to the Aux in. You can find both of those at any local music store.
