  1. how make to work the loop to my tc helicon VL2 please tell me how to play the looper

    • Hi Juan,

      You’ll need to make sure you have the latest firmware, since the looper was an added feature. Then, you assign the Shortcut button to Loop, either globally or within the preset.

      Tap to record, tap again to play, while playing hold to undo, double tap to stop, while stopped hold to clear.

    Can you explain if it’s possible to trigger harmonies when daw is playing back some song and how should we hook up the unit for that? Maybe a more clearer example would be having backing tracks on a song and when you reach the chorus DAW would send a midi message to Voicelive and trigger harmonies, delay etc. Thanks a lot.

  3. Please Help? From my MBox2 (midi cables) into the keyboard controller,
    out(midi out), into the Voicelive2 I am not able to control the vocals with
    the keyboard controller. What settings should I use?, I’m on channel #1 with
    the controller and VL2. Please detail me the correct way to get going.

    • Hi Nathaniel,

      Try turning USB Control to OFF in the Setup –> System menu. You need USB control ON for Firmware updates, but turning it OFF on theVL2 allows MIDI messages to get through for key/scale/CC control.
