All VoiceLive 2 Factory Presets Now Available for VoiceLive 3

If you recently upgraded from VoiceLive 2 to VoiceLive 3, you might have a hankering for those trusty ol’ factory presets that you know and love, but you simply can’t find among all the sparkling new pizzazz of VoiceLive 3.

We get it – and we want you to feel right at home with our newest gear. So, we’ve fired up the translator software* and uploaded a “VoiceLive 2 Factory Bank” preset pack to VoiceSupport that you can go and get – right now.
Welcome home!

*Please note, due to the differences between the software of VoiceLive 2 and VoiceLive 3, we cannot guarantee 100% correspondence between presets on VL2 and VL3 – but it’s going to be pretty darn close. Also, the original VoiceLive 2 presets didn’t have Guitar FX associated with them and neither will their VoiceLive 3 counterparts (you can always add them yourself, of course).

How To Get The Presets

  • Download and install VoiceSupport - our free app for PC/Mac
  • Connect VoiceLive 3 to your computer using the supplied USB cable
  • Launch VoiceSupport
  • Click on the Preset tab
  • Click on the big “download” button
  • Once the existing presets on the unit have been downloaded, find the new preset pack in the right-hand pane
  • Drag and drop the desired presets onto the empty slots on your unit
  • When done, click “Apply Changes” to save the presets to the unit
  • Unplug your VoiceLive 3 and start playing with your new sounds

If you need help on how to use VoiceSupport you can download the manual.

“But wait…What about my custom VL2 presets?”

Aha! Well, we wish we could say that you could just upload those custom settings to VoiceSupport and have them magically converted, but it just ain’t that simple. Then again, it almost is. We know this guy – Ian – one of our power users that operate the website www.voiceliveeditor.com, and he recently made a VL2 –> VL3 Preset Converter available – for free! We suggest you check it out for your preset converting needs (PC only at the moment).
