Craig’s Corner Video Series
I’m starting a neat little project called “Craig’s Corner“, a video series where I’ll answer questions from TC-H customers. The videos will be under 2 minutes long, so the questions should be simple and/or quick to answer.
Here’s the fun part: The questions can be about ANYTHING you want to ask. They don’t have to be product related. Everything is fair game. I’m a pretty open guy, so this could get interesting.
I’ll only have time to answer 2 questions per week (at first), so I’ll pick a couple of submissions and go with them. Don’t be upset or send me hate mail if I don’t answer your question. If it’s something really important to you, go through support or the forums!
Send your questions to craigscorner@tc-helicon.com
As soon as I get some stuff to work with, I’ll start firing out answers.
Game on!

where’s the beginners section?
Hi Terry,
Craig’s Corner is intended to provide some info that could be considered basic, depending on what you’re after. If you’ve never used a vocal processor before, I’d look at the Product Comparison Tool. http://www.tc-helicon.com/product-comparison/ It’s got little popups that explain about all the effects and I/O on the units. Some even have links to in-depth articles on Wikipedia.
Also, there’s a ton of videos on our YouTube channel, explaining everything from setup to performance.
Obviously, you’ll need to do some learning on basic PA system setup and/or computer based recording if you’re very new. YouTube is also a great resource for that kind of thing.
