To get the presets onto your Play or Play GTX, fire up VoiceSupport, click on “Presets”, press the giant button in the middle of the screen and then wait for the presets to transfer from your unit. When that’s done, simply drag and drop the icon from the right hand side of the VoiceSupport window into the preset area. Click “Apply Changes” from the top menu and you’re done!

HI,I AM A SPANISH GUITARIST AN SINGER.I LIVE IN SPAIN AND I ALREADY HAVE A TC HELICON H1. I WANT TO BUY THE VOICE LIVE PLAY GTX BUT BEFORE I HAVE ONE QUESTION. CAN I DO A LOOP AND SING AND..DURING THE LOOP SWITCH THE HARMONY ON AND OUT AT THESAME TIME….THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. BECAUSE IF I CANT USE THE LOOPER AND THE HARMONISER DURING THE SAME SONG, THEN IM NO INTERESTED IN THE PRODUCT. AND I WILL LIKE TO KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY ONE IN THE COMUNITY OF VALENCIA. I LIVE IN BENITACHELL (ALICANTE) SPAIN. THANK YOU.
I LOVE YOUR PRODCTS.
Hi Juan,
When a loop is playing back, all the normal vocal functions are available. So, if you’re using a preset with Harmony assigned to the HIT button, you can turn harmonies on and off “over” the loop. You can’t, however, add or subtract effects from the recorded loop via the HIT button. You’d need to either add a new overdub or use undo on the loop.
